The phrase "in a huff" means in an angry, belligerent, or vexed manner. Since my last name is Huff and since many people these days are stressed out, angry, combative, and divisive a lot of the time - I thought I'd name my blog "Don't Be in a Huff".
This blog is intended to provide a moment of calm amidst the chaos. Sometimes we all need to take a deep breath and step away from the turmoil of life.
